What is FSO Volunteering?
FSO Volunteering brings together students, young leaders, and professionals committed to education and digital safety. Through social projects, workshops, and campaigns, volunteers apply their knowledge and develop skills to build safer online communities.
Digital education
Workshops, talks, and practical resources to promote safe online habits.
Prevention & cybersecurity
Campaigns against fraud, cyberbullying, and impersonation; plus data protection basics.
Community impact
Actions in schools and priority neighborhoods to reduce digital risks.
Skills development
Leadership, communication, teamwork, and professional experience recognized by FSO.
The certification is issued by the Future Secure Outreach (FSO) Foundation as proof of participation, community training, and practical experience in social impact programs. It does not correspond to an academic degree nor does it constitute an employment relationship.
Participation Areas
Areas of participation
Volunteers at the FSO Foundation can join different areas depending on their skills, interests, or academic background. Each area contributes in a unique way to strengthen digital safety and digital education in communities across the country.
Education & training
Support workshops, training sessions, and digital literacy projects for students, educators, and families.
Communications & campaigns
Design and share digital campaigns, create educational content, and help promote cybersecurity culture on social media.
Technology & digital security
Join tech projects, build tools, or provide technical support to strengthen community cybersecurity.
Administrative support
Assist with coordination, documentation, reporting, and operational tasks that support FSO’s programs and internal processes.

Social commitment
A genuine interest in contributing to digital education and supporting vulnerable communities.
Availability
At least 4 hours per week to join virtual or in-person activities.
Basic background
Students or professionals from any field, with basic knowledge of digital tools.
